“I wanted to thank you for a brilliant night and to let you know that we broke the previous record for fund-raising by a country mile. Total of £2400 went to Macmillan yesterday which is fantastic. I can only apologise for you not being able to get into the venue. Whilst we’ve had a few problems with them in the past it’s normally things like no microphone or not enough seats put out. Like the true professional that you are you coped. There were no complaints about the volume either; spot on. If you ever appear in this area again please let me know because we would love to come and see you and don’t forget, if you can recommend quality tribute acts I’d be very grateful. Have a wonderful Christmas.”

“My family and I would like to say a heartfelt thank you, as well as the charity for my beautiful daughter, who is suffering with Hodgkin Lymphoma. We were over the moon with your wonderful contribution as Tom Jones o our two charity coffee mornings in aid of the Lymphoma Association. The events were an outstanding success and without your generosity and kindness, we would not have raised such an amazing amount for this worthy cause. We raised in excess of £4000, over the two mornings.”

“All I can say, once again, is WOW. Thank you all so much for a truly great weekend - how are you going to top it next year? Can't wait to find out - rooms already booked. All the contributing artists were great but as you know Alvin, Tom and Elvis always ran neck and neck in my book, I was hooked on both of them from the first time I heard them. I have to particularly compliment Ian on his portrayal of Tom Jones. Probably anyone who just likes Tom wouldn't realise that Ian had so many of his mannerisms which just seemed to flow naturally without him having to work at it. Believe me, I spent a lot of time studying Tom!! To top it all, he has kissed me with those lips. PLEASE pass on my comments to Ian - apparently I sat with what my husband calls my "Tom grin" for the whole of the act. At the risk of being boring, thank you all again for a wonderful time. “Hi Ian, We have had all the feedback from the people at the party at the Spa Hotel. They all said it was a spectacular show! You did Nene, Roger and myself proud. Roger was knocked out with your voice as Tom Jones and as yourself. As you know, Roger was a star in the 70's performing with Barry Ryan (No.1 hit Elouise) all over the world ... so high praise indeed!! “Hi Ian Thank you so much for a fabulous performance at our charity fundraiser on Friday night. Everyone had a great time and we raised lots of money for the school which makes all the hard work worth it! We booked you as Neil Diamond, but funnily enough , although all the people I spoke too thought Neil Diamond was brilliant - they thought your small spot as Tom Jones was magnificent! ....maybe we will do a Tom Jones night next time!
